1. Contact form and emails

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, company name, the budget range you select and your message. To block spam, the form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile and measures time spent on the page; your IP address is processed for this purpose.

Purpose: replying to your enquiry and discussing a potential project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: 3 years from our last exchange, unless a contract follows (data is then kept for the duration of the contract and applicable legal periods).

2. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Only if you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, traffic source, and certain events (contact form submissions, clicks on our email address). IP addresses are anonymised. No analytics cookies are set before you consent.

Legal basis:your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Retention: Google Analytics cookies last 13 months at most; we ask for your choice again every 6 months.

3. Security and site operation

Like any website, our hosting provider and delivery network (Cloudflare) process technical data (IP address, browser, requested pages) to deliver the site, protect it from attacks and diagnose incidents. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept for a limited period.

• NEXT_LOCALE (12 months): remembers the site language (English or French). An interface-preference cookie, exempt from consent.
• fnb-analytics-consent (local storage, 6 months): remembers your analytics choice. Exempt from consent.
• Cloudflare cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance): strictly necessary security cookies (bot detection, form protection).
• _ga, _ga_* (13 months maximum): Google Analytics cookies, set only if you accept.

Your data is intended only for FNB Solutions. It is never sold or rented. We use the following providers, who process it on our behalf:

• Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus): website hosting;
• Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery, security and spam protection (Turnstile);
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES): delivering contact form messages by email;
• GoDaddy: our email hosting;
• Google Ireland Ltd: analytics, only with your consent.

Some of these providers belong to groups based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU, transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and, under French law, to set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr, or with the supervisory authority in your country.

We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling with legal effects based on your data.
