Long-term technical partnership: we build it, then run it with you

After launch, most software needs steady attention: features, dependency and security updates, performance work and the occasional incident. We act as your long-term technical team, owning the system's health and evolution so you don't have to hire for it.

Because we often built the system ourselves, there is no handover gap. When a vulnerability like React2Shell is disclosed, patching your systems is part of the job, not a new project.

This is a good fit if

  • You have a product in production and no in-house engineering team
  • Your system needs regular improvements, not a one-off project
  • You want someone accountable for security updates and uptime
  • You need senior technical input on product decisions

What's included

Ongoing development

New features and improvements planned with you and delivered in regular iterations.

Maintenance and security updates

Dependencies, frameworks and infrastructure kept current, and vulnerabilities patched when disclosed.

Monitoring and incident handling

Watching the health of the system and responding when something goes wrong.

Scaling and performance

Adapting architecture and infrastructure as usage and requirements grow.

Technical advice

A senior technical voice in product and business decisions, including when to say no.

What you get

  • A defined working rhythm and communication channel
  • Regular releases with visible progress
  • Up-to-date documentation of the system

Digital Commerce Infrastructure

Context

A digital commerce platform enabling merchants to sell game tokens and digital goods across multiple providers and regions. The system needed to abstract away highly fragmented external catalogs while maintaining reliability at scale.

What made it non-trivial

  • Inconsistent product naming, SKUs, and structures across providers
  • Region-specific pricing, availability, and compliance rules
  • Redundant and overlapping catalog entries across storefronts
  • Provider instability that could not affect downstream systems
  • Need for traceability, reproducibility, and safe reprocessing of data

Our role

We designed and implemented the ingestion pipeline, normalization logic, internal product model, and operational safeguards across the platform. This included defining how external data mapped into a unified internal representation and how failures were isolated.

Outcome

The platform shipped with a stable internal catalog, predictable ingestion behavior, and the ability to onboard new providers without reworking existing systems. Merchants gained reliable local fulfillment while internal teams retained confidence in data consistency.

How we work

  1. 01

    Understanding the problem properly

Before writing code, we focus on clarity. We take the time to understand the product goals, technical constraints, and risk areas — so we’re solving the right problems, not just the visible ones.

  2. 02

    Designing the right foundation

We define architecture, system boundaries, and key technical decisions early. This creates a stable foundation that supports growth, change, and long-term maintainability.

  3. 03

    Building with discipline and visibility

Development happens in controlled iterations, with regular communication and working software. Progress stays visible, and technical risk is managed continuously — not deferred.

  4. 04

    Preparing for real-world use

We focus on performance, reliability, and edge cases to ensure the product holds up under real users, real data, and real load — not just internal testing.

  5. 05

    Leaving you with something sustainable

We deliver clean, documented, maintainable code that your team can confidently operate, extend, and scale — without rewrites or dependency on us.

Frequently asked questions

Can you maintain a system you didn't build?

Yes. We start with an assessment, similar to a technical audit, so we understand the system and its risks before taking responsibility for it.

What if we want to bring development in-house later?

That is a good outcome. We keep the code and documentation in a state another team can take over, and we help with the transition.
